  • Vendors will receive:

    • A dedicated booth space at the event to showcase and sell your products or services.

    • A shoutout during the opening remarks to highlight your business to attendees.

    • Social media promotion leading up to the event, which may include posts or mentions on our official channels.

    This ensures your brand gets exposure both during the event and in the days leading up to it!

  • In the event of inclement weather, the decision to cancel or postpone the event will be made no later than 2:00 PM on the day of the event. If the event is canceled due to weather, no refunds will be issued.

    Instead, all vendor fees will be applied as a full credit toward a future event hosted by Fitness Ambassadors. If the event is rescheduled, your vendor spot will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may apply your credit toward another upcoming event within 6 months.

    By purchasing a vendor spot, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup materials, including tables, chairs, signage, and any decorations for their booth. If power or Wi-Fi is required, please plan accordingly or purchase additional options if offered. Don’t forget essentials like product inventory, payment processing tools, and any promotional materials!

    We recommend creating an eye-catching booth with branded signage, organized displays, and clear pricing for your products or services. Consider using a tablecloth, lighting, and engaging visuals to attract attendees. A small giveaway or interactive element is also a great way to draw interest!

  • Yes! Vendors are encouraged to sell their products or services at the event. Please ensure that all items comply with event policies, and you are responsible for collecting payments (cash, card, or digital). For food vendors, make sure to have the necessary permits or certifications. Keep in mind, most of our spaces do not have Wi-Fi available.

  • Power and Wi-Fi are not guaranteed but may be available for an additional fee. Please check the vendor registration page or contact us if you need access to either.

  • Absolutely! In addition to selling, vendors are encouraged to promote their business with signage, samples, business cards, and other marketing materials.
